    • Flat rate fee of £12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS for orders over £50.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Eligibility Criteria

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the premium and often regulated nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Any bottle that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.
  • Limited edition or special release spirits (e.g., exclusive single cask Bourbons, rare Absinthes, or special bottling Liqueurs).
  • Personalized or custom orders.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for the return.
  3. Package Items: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Ship Items: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for your protection.
  5. Inspection: Once received, our quality team will inspect the returned items to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.
  6. Resolution: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., an incorrect item was shipped, or the product was damaged upon arrival). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline & Method

Once your return is received and inspected:
