Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be in its original, unopened condition with seals intact
- Be in the original packaging
- Have been purchased within the last 15 days from the delivery date
- Not be part of our non-returnable items (see below)
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our premium spirits and regulatory requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products once purchased:
- Any bottle that has been opened or tampered with
- Limited edition or special release spirits
- Personalized or custom orders
Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return or exchange:
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Items: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging.
- Ship Items: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
- Inspection: Once received, our team will inspect the returned items.
- Resolution: Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline and Method
